Peter has more than 20 years experience working in finance functions and has delivered considerable change during that time in both small and larger businesses.

As head of Internal Audit and Finance Programmes at Specsavers Optical Group, he reorganised the programme governance to unblock delivery. He lead a team of Prince2 practitioners and worked with them using 6 Sigma concepts to deliver effective change.

Since then Peter has held senior finance roles with Terra Firma (as Finance Director in Guernsey), CFO at the Channel Islands Coop and Praxis and more recently as CEO of Bourse where he lead a digital transformation using the Laserfiche technologies.
